Your tasks.

  • Management and development of the assigned Scrum teams with regard to the agile approach, team organization and performance
  • Assuming responsibility for the efficiency, working methods, communication and achievement of the team's objectives in accordance with the targets committed by the team (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Active support and moderation of Scrum meetings and workshops (iteration planning, review, stand-ups, retrospective and backlog refinement)
  • Continuous improvement of agile development processes and, with this in mind, motivation and coaching of team members
  • Proactively recognizing project obstacles and eliminating them for and with the teams by actively proposing solutions and quality assurance measures
  • Driving force for team productivity through team support and coaching
  • Bringing about decisions to be made (ideally by the Scrum team, if this is not possible, initiate escalation)
  • Promoting communication and resolving conflicts within the Scrum team and between Scrum teams

Your requirement profile.

  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in technical product development in a regulated environment, ideally medical technology
  • Extensive experience in the application of agile methods in technical product development, especially experience in SAFe desirable
  • Experience in technical project management and project management
  • Technical background, e.g. technical or scientific studies
  • Pro-active personality with strong communication skills and moderation experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
  • Motivates and inspires others through pro-active, focused, open-minded and solution-oriented mentality ('what can we do' mentality)
