Entourage is. Top Employer SME 2022.

Management and HR consultancy Entourage was named "Top Employer for Medium-Sized Companies" in the category "Human Resources / Recruitment" for the fourth year in a row. The award, presented by Focus Business, identifies the best medium-sized employers based in Germany from over 900,000 companies. Companies with between 11 and 500 employees were considered. The survey was based on more than 550,000 employee evaluations and existing online evaluations of more than 38,000 companies. Several rating platforms were taken into account for the online ratings. Company profiles with a rating average of at least 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5, which have received at least 10 employee ratings across all survey channels, including at least five current ratings since 01.01.2020, were awarded.
