The purpose of this role is to support the organization in advancing operational excellence and delivering against strategic goals through the identification and execution of opportunities for improvement and efficiency. In this highly visible position, you will drive a culture of change and continuous process improvement by ensuring the application of Six Sigma and LEAN principles in in all areas of the site.
Act as a change agent to implement the application Six Sigma and LEAN tools and processes for the different departments of the organization.
Work with the local Director Operational Excellence and other leaders to develop business strategies and to properly select and scope improvement projects and initiatives.
Identify, implements and monitors strategic projects applying Six Sigma and Lean tools and strategies.
Assist process improvement teams to identify areas of improvement and to apply the appropriate approach.
Participate in the development and improvement of training and tools Six Sigma and LEAN and coordinates training requirements on site and/or Europe
University degree (preferably chemistry, chemical engineering) or equivalent education.
At least 5 years experience in a key leadership role including change management experience.
Proven record and/or certification as Green Belt (Black Belt certification preferred)
Advanced Skills with Continued Improvement Six Sigma & LEAN tools and approaches in GMP environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, personal presence and sound appearance in front of teams from shop floor to Senior Management.
Excellent German and English skills
