Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) – Quality Systems



Ihre Aufgaben.

Under the direction of the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) – Quality Systems is responsible for the management of the client audit, investigations, and batch record teams. They will act as the site’s main point of contact for strategic clients and act as the deputy for the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.

A day in the Life:

  • Main point of contact for strategic clients
  • Participation in weekly/monthly/quarterly client meetings
  • Provide client specific KPIs upon request
  • Deputy for Sr QA Manager
  • Ensure maintenance, quality review and approvals for Track wise PRs
  • Ensuring any deviations or quality issues are appropriately documented
  • Inputting or analyzing data for quality metrics
  • Inform Supervisor of quality issues
  • Management of client audit, investigations and batch record teams
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects
  • Makes decisions regarding ongoing investigations
  • Quality review and approval of PRs
  • Timeline management for documentation reviews
  • Management of client audit, investigations and batch record teams to ensure all activities are conducted correctly and to the required timelines

Ihr Anforderungsprofil.

Keys to Success:


  • Experience or degree in the pharmaceutical industry, quality control/quality assurance, medication handling, scientific field, or equivalent


  • Experience in Leadership and personnel management
  • GxP training or experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented tasks
  • GMP QA and QC experience within packaging and distribution
  • Root cause analysis training and investigation report writing
  • Strong understanding of EU GMP

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, TrackWise and eDMS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • B2 or higher level in German and English (reading and writing)
  • Proven team working ability
