Management consultancy Entourage is pleased to welcome two new colleagues to its Munich office. Claus Myrou joins the Medical Device Team as People Consultant and Mariya Kovaliova expands the Admin Team as HR Manager.
Claus Myrou completed his training as a state-certified commercial assistant in the field of information processing. Most recently, he worked as a clerk in the initial processing department at the Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienste und Wohlfahrtspflege. There, he was responsible for the registration of new customers, the checking and payment of invoices, the maintenance of electronic files and the support and counselling of insured persons. Claus Myrou supports Entourage as People Consultant Medical Device.
Mariya Kovaliova studied business administration in her Bachelor's degree. Her focus was on human resources management, digital marketing and international business law. Most recently, she worked as a human resources officer at a service provider for security solutions. Her tasks included helping to set up the HR department, recruiting, onboarding, training and training materials. Mariya Kovaliova supports Entourage as HR Manager.

During his professional career, Mr Myrou first gained experience in retail as a sales assistant and branch manager trainee. Later, he worked as a clerk in the initial processing department at the Employer's Liability Insurance Association for Health Services and Welfare. Most recently, he was responsible there for new client admissions, checking and paying invoices, maintaining electronic files and providing support and advice to insured persons.

Mariya Kovaliova studied business administration at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. Her focus was on human resources management, digital marketing and international business law.
Ms Kovaliova gained her first professional experience in the HR department of an international car manufacturer in Munich. There she worked primarily in HR process and quality management. Later, she supported the Corporate HR Strategy and Targets department in the New York metropolitan area, USA. Here she supervised and coordinated the strategic HR departments of the markets in North and South America. Most recently, she worked as a human resources officer for a service provider for security solutions. Her responsibilities included helping to build the HR department, recruiting, onboarding, training and training materials.
