Your tasks.

  • Responsible for coordinating the activities of agile interdisciplinary development teams for a PD cycler
  • Responsibility for the management and maintenance of the product backlog in coordination with the Agile Coach
  • Coordination with stakeholders (e.g. production, service) in the planning of changes & new features (CRs), as well as in the content (technical) definition of requirements, taking into account the respective
  • Subject matter experts, also on an international level (e.g. Product Architect, Therapy System Architect, Software Architect)
  • Interface with stakeholders to refine technical requirements in close coordination with the necessary specialist departments
  • Prioritize and take ownership of team backlogs in alignment with product release planning and project requirements so that sprint, release, and project goals can be met
  • Responsible for refining the backlog entries and transferring knowledge to the team
  • Definition of transparent sprint goals, support of the team in task planning, responsible for conducting reviews and approving the results
  • Review of anomaly reports at the completion of projects, derivation of change requests if necessary and entry in the product backlog
  • Primary responsibility for the correct and complete product documentation, as well as for its adequate availability for audits, requests from authorities and requirements of international approval
  • Assist the project manager in defining project risk mitigation measures

Your requirement profile.

  • Completed technical studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • SAP insights are an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Jira, Polarion and Windchill
  • Certified Product Owner
  • Practical professional experience as a Product Owner as well as
  • Experience in the development of embedded systems, preferably in medical technology
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel required for occasional domestic and international travel
