Project Manager Tech Transfer (m/f/d)

To further strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Project Manager Tech Transfer (m/f/d) to work for our customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Your tasks.

  • Project management: Planning, control and implementation of tech transfer projects in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Project documentation: creation and maintenance of project plans, process analyses, budget management and other relevant documents

  • Technology transfer: coordination of the transfer of pharmaceutical processes between development, production and external sites

  • Interface management: close cooperation with production, engineering, quality assurance and other relevant departments as well as regular exchanges with customers

  • Resource and time management: monitoring milestones, identifying potential risks and proactively initiating measures to secure deadlines

  • Change management: tracking and communicating changes to the project scope or project description within the team and with clients

  • Customer support: Review of customer inquiries, preparation of offers and support in the lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products

  • Support of location management: participation in customer negotiations and strategic consulting

Your requirement profile.

  • Completed scientific studies (pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, biology or similar) or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a consultancy with a focus on tech transfer

  • Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and quality management

  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as experience in working in matrix organizations

  • Very good analytical skills and a solution-oriented, proactive way of working

  • High level of communication skills, also in English, and presentation confidence
