Your tasks.

  • Management of functional teams for product realization within development projects

  • Coordination of new product launches

  • Definition of targets and responsibility for timely input from Operations, Development 

  • Responsibility for production planning, series start-up and handover to production, including infrastructure and building issues

  • Coordination of the project team, in particular the work package managers from Operations and Development in coordination with the segments and the other project managers / sub-project managers (OVs)

  • Coordination and assignment of project tasks (target/actual comparison)

  • Requesting and coordinating resources in the quarterly process with the heads of the specialist departments and clarifying resource conflicts with the specialist departments

  • Align available production capacities and implement measures in the event of conflicts with other product lines

Your requirement profile.

  • A successfully completed degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally with a focus or additional qualification in the field of production or product and process development

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of production planning and control as well as in the introduction of complex products

  • Experience in store floor management and Kanban (agile project management, desirable GPM certification level B/C or comparable)

  • High level of commitment, very good communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility, high resilience and assertiveness

  • A balance of technical, business and social skills

  • A structured way of working and strong communication skills

  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
