S&OP Coordinator (m/f/x)

Your tasks.

  • Development and maintenance of the data basis and the KPI system in Sales & Operations Planning
  • Identification of improvement potential, further development of the data basis and the KPI system, establishment of links between different data sources, as well as continuous assurance of data up-to-dateness and validity
  • Deviation analysis of key figures and derivation of improvement potential, standards and recommendations for action
  • Cross-location harmonization of data sources, automation and validity checks in coordination with other operational interfaces (e.g. controlling, IT)
  • Definition and calculation of key figures in the S&OP process for targeted, data-based control of the process
  • Data preparation to support the S&OP cycles, implementation of derived measures and preparation of data-based decision templates
  • Documentation of the data basis and key figure calculation of the S&OP process in the quality management system of Carl Zeiss Meditec

Your requirement profile.

  • University degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on supply chain or quality/process management
  • Initial experience in the area of process and data modeling management
  • Very good knowledge of process modeling languages and digital tools (BPMN, BI, Celonis, Excel, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of customer order-related, DSC-relevant business processes and their mapping in the ERP system
  • Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers
