Dr. Julia Beck studied biology at the LMU Munich and received her doctorate in medical microbiology and immunology at the medical faculty. During her professional career, Dr. Beck worked for an internationally renowned recruitment agency in the life science sector. She is experienced in the entire recruitment process as well as in team management as a branch manager up to the Germany-wide management of an entire division.

Dr. Julia Beck studied biology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and received her doctorate in the field of medical microbiology and immunology.
As a doctoral student, she already worked together with industrial partners on in vitro diagnostics according to SOP specifications. Later, Dr Beck worked as a consultant in the life science sector. There, she was responsible for the complete recruitment process from the qualification of the candidate to the support of the contract negotiations and the onboarding of the candidate. As Branch Manager, Dr. Beck was then entrusted with the management of a branch office. She was responsible for the financial success of the branch as well as for ensuring recruitment strategies and the fulfilment of client orders. Most recently, as Scientific Lead Germany, she was responsible for the scientific area on a national level.
