Your tasks.

  • As a role holder, you will lead global, cross-team HR projects and play a key role in supporting the HR department in achieving a high level of performance and quality in the provision of HR services in an optimized system landscape.

  • You are responsible for your projects from A to Z: you define the project scope and schedule, organize and manage project status and work meetings, prepare and present progress reports, keep an eye on risks, correct deviations from the plan and carry out delivery planning.

  • You work with various interfaces (in addition to the HR community, e.g. IT, data protection, specialist departments), coordinate the efficient collaboration of project members and promote a collaborative team environment with the aim of delivering the best result.

  • You use (agile) project management methods to promote a sustainable pace with a high level of quality in a fast-paced environment.

  • At the end of a project, you ensure a smooth transition to a defined control structure and derive lessons learned for continuous optimization.

Your requirement profile.

  • Successfully completed studies related to business, business informatics, IT or related fields

  • 3+ years of experience in (HR) project management or in an (HR) IT support function

  • Experience in the management of classic and agile projects

  • Previous experience with several HR IT systems, preferably with Workday, SAP HCM, PeopleDoc and / or ServiceNow (HRSD)

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and customer orientation

  • Confident appearance, very good communication skills and consulting competence across hierarchies

  • Fluent in English and good written and spoken German
